WM Synergy LLC is Hiring a Remote Accounts Payable Admin

About the Job - Accounts Payable Admin - Part-time
The Accounts Payable Admin role is an onsite, part-time position at our Central Islip, New York office. As a team member of the Admin team, you will report directly to the Office Manager. This position has direct responsibility for accounts payable and other office admin tasks, as directed by the Office Manager.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to:

  • Review employee expense reports submitted through Expensify tool
  • Run import tool to create vouchers in VISUAL ERP System
  • Prepare report for payment of employee expense reimbursements
  • Voucher vendor invoices
  • Prepare report for payment of vendor invoices
  • Invoice customers for travel expenses incurred by Synergy employees
  • Invoice customers 3rd party services billing


Requirements:


  • Should be self-motivated, customer service oriented, and able to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a must
  • Knowledge of CRM software a plus
  • Professional, highly organized, detail oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


Education:
  • Post-Secondary education - preferred


Experience:

  • Processing employee expense reimbursements
  • 2 years’ experience in an office setting
  • Accounting experienceCustomer service environment a plus
